Secure and Asynchronous

The application only connects and syncs securely to the cloud when connections are readily available. But the app continues to be useful and collect patient engagement information even if caregivers are in the farthest reaches of Indian Country.

Respecting Data Sovereignty

Our team has deep experience with tribal sovreignty and patient data. InajiCare is designed from the start to keep application data and system updates separate from tribal and clinic billing data. Tribes and clinics are always in 100% custody and ownership of their data--choosing when and how they might share those data.

InajiCare is designed from the outset to be available to the broadest set of caregivers and patients so that communities can extend their support services reach while simultaneously paying caregivers a living wage for their services.


Customizable

InajiCare is designed to respect the unique needs of each tribe or urban clinic. The app can be customized to provide white-labeling for tribal logos, color palettes, and key parts of the application text that are as unique as each tribe.



Agile Product Design

While the InajiCare prototype has been designed for the fastest implementation for a tribe to reach reimbursement, we view our work together as a partnership for the long term. Early cohort sites may qualify for discounts in exchange for collaborative co-creation and enhancment of the product. We use agile software development techniques to implement our concepts, test them to see what works and what doesn't, and quickly adjust course to implement rapid software changes that result in better care for patients.

    Reimbursements, regulations, and unique tribal considerations all impact which services can and should be offered through the app. We work with you to curate the most effective set of services to meet your unique needs.

    In order to maximize care interactions and increase reimbursable services, additional services such as meals, laundry, and common home service chores are offered as optional incidentals alongside related core services.
  • InajiCare begins with the end in mind. Services are reinforced with audit data attached directly to the billable records.
    We use metadata and features directly from the mobile device such as timekeeping, location data, and camera functions to automatically capture audit trail data for each available interaction.
